Pollo relleno de jamon– breast of chicken with Serrano ham and stilton, coated with a creamy stilton cheese sauce £13.95

Chuletas de cordero– rack of lamb oven roasted and sprinkled with rosemary and garlic £17.95

Cordero cana– a tender lamb shank cooked Mediterranean style and served on a bed of creamy manchego mash £12.95

Solomillo- a prime fillet steak cooked to your liking; blue, rare, medium or well done with a choice of sauce £17.95

 

SALSAS/SAUCES

Pimienta– pepper sauce, freshly ground coarse black pepper with cognac and cream.

Champinones– mushroom sauce, sliced mushrooms in a cream and white wine sauce.

Riojana– a sauce of red and green capsicums, onions, garlic, tomato and red wine.
